BunchText relays text messages between members of a group through a phone number assigned to that group. It is provided by BunchText LLC ("we", "us").
By replying YES to a BunchText invitation, or by submitting the join form on this site, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from that group at the number you gave. Message frequency varies with how active the group is. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to leave a group; you'll get one confirmation text and nothing more from that group. Reply HELP for help, or email support@bunchtext.com. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
If you create a group you agree that you will only invite people who have agreed to be contacted, that you will not use BunchText to send unsolicited or bulk marketing messages, and that you are responsible for what your group sends. You pay for the texts your group sends at the rates shown when you create the group. Unpaid groups are paused.
Anything illegal, threatening, harassing, fraudulent, or that you don't have the right to send; anything that violates mobile carrier rules. We may remove a message, member or group that breaks these rules.
Texts depend on mobile carriers and can be delayed or fail. BunchText is not for emergencies. The service is provided as is, without warranties, and our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the past three months.
You can leave any group by replying STOP, and a group owner can close a group at any time. We may suspend a group that breaks these terms or that carriers block.
Our Privacy Policy is part of these terms. We may update these terms; the current version is always at bunchtext.com/terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
