A group text-messaging service for families, shuls, schools, camps and community organizations. Built primarily to accommodate members who use basic phones and can't or won't use a messaging app.
Each group gets its own phone number. Members join by texting that number and replying YES. A text sent to the group number is relayed by SMS to the other members, with the group's name in front. Group owners can also send announcements and reminders, and can choose whether member replies go to everyone or only to the owners.
Nobody is added to a group without agreeing first. Every new member gets one text asking them to reply YES. Until they do, they receive nothing else. Any member can leave at any time by replying STOP.
