What we collect

Your name and mobile number, given by you when you join a group, or by a group owner who has your permission to add you.
The messages you send to a group and the messages the group sends you, with their date and time and delivery status.
Group owners: the email address and billing details you give us to run a group.

How we use it

To deliver group texts, to show group owners who is in their group and what was sent, to bill group owners, and to answer support requests. Group owners and the other members of your group can see your name and the messages you send to that group.

What we don't do

We will not share your mobile number or any mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell personal information.

We share data only with the companies that carry the texts for us (our messaging provider and the mobile carriers), and only as needed to deliver your messages, and where the law requires it.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any group text to leave that group. Reply HELP for help. To have your information removed, email support@bunchtext.com.

Retention

Messages are kept for as long as the group exists so owners and members can look back at them. When a group is closed, or when you ask us to remove you, your number and messages are deleted within 30 days, except records we must keep to prove consent or for billing.
